Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Media Market. By accessing or using our advertising board exchange platform, marketplace, dashboard tools, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs your relationship with Media Market. By checking any authorization requests or registering an account, you legally accept these policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from authenticating into our dashboard.

2. Account Access & OTP Security

Media Market utilizes passwordless One-Time Password (OTP) verification systems to authenticate corporate accounts securely.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your dynamic access credentials and your connected email system.
  • You agree to immediately notify Media Market of any unauthorized use of your corporate inbox or security protocol bypasses.
  • We hold no liability for losses stemming from intercepted access tokens or shared corporate environments.

3. Marketplace Roles & Permitted Use

Users register under specific access profiles, namely Media Buyers or Media Sellers. Each account type is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to display, track, or purchase performance advertisement spaces.

Prohibited Activity Notice: Any attempt to reverse-engineer dashboard endpoints, manipulate ad exchange tracking metrics, inject malicious scripts, or bypass structural role assignments will trigger permanent account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

Media Market and its technical partners provide services strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline. We explicitly disclaim all guarantees regarding server uptime, direct ad inventory conversions, or immediate transactional profitability.

5. Modifications to Service

Media Market preserves the ultimate right to update platform structures, alter transaction commissions, or deploy emergency platform maintenance filters without requiring explicit advanced consent from participants.
